Timeframe: July 18, 2:19 PM – 2:27 PM CT

Status: Resolved

Between 2:19 PM and 2:27 PM CT, Blend experienced a service disruption due to an outage from our eSign partner, DocuSign. During this window: eSign packages could not be sent from Blend to borrowers. Borrowers may have been unable to complete eSigning within DocuSign envelopes. The Blend Signing Room experience was also impacted. All systems have since recovered, and services are operating normally. We are continuing to monitor to ensure full stability.
